River Ride with Dancing Music
Hudson-River-Lover, 07-11-2022
I've taken Hudson River Cruises before, but this was my first evening cruise with music. I've always enjoyed my cruises on this line, but the music made it so much fun! Not the biggest dance floor in the world, but that didn't stop us from dancing all night! Except for leaving the dock, I didn't even stay top-side to watch the scenery. If you want to see the scenery on the majestic Hudson River, I suggest taking a day cruise. But if you want to dance, and have fun, an evening cruise is the one for you. Either way, I recommend Hudson River Cruises, Inc.
Music Cruise Fun

Participated in the Hudson River Cruise's Music Cruise on October 28, 2022. There were 6 of us and we had a blast. The band Jungle Love performed and there was also a costume contest for Halloween. The boat was rocking with the band playing and people dancing. It was a great way to spend 2 hours on a Friday evening. Please take advantage of their cruises if you get a chance. You won't be disappointed
Beautiful day on the river

We had a great time getting a view of the Hudson river valley from the water. Kingston is a lovely little town with a fascinating history. The crew were friendly ad competent. The professionally done narrative gave us a concise description of what we were seeing. I only wish it could have been longer.
Well worth the tim.

Sailed on this beautiful ship. While on the Hudson, I was able to view a variety of beautiful homes and two lighthouses. The narration is just enough to keep you informed without being a nuisance. They have both indoor and outdoor seating and a snack bar for light refreshments and snacks. Highly recommend this to anyone wanting to enjoy beautiful scenery in a relaxing setting.
Not a very good rainy day activity

We went on a rainy and cold weekday in September. Most of the other passengers were part of large groups. Many of these passengers were elderly or had special needs and the crew was very helpful, kind, and patient helping them down the slippery gang plank. The groups were boarded first so they had first pick of seats.

There wasn’t much to see during the cruise other than two lighthouses and a couple mansions that were partly hidden by trees. On a nice day, it would be nice being out on the water. On a cold and rainy day, it wasn’t that great. If we had it to do over, we would have waited to buy our tickets until after we
saw a weather forecast.
