- Social distancing enforced throughout experience
- The minimum age is 18 years to operate a jet ski, under 18 years of age may ride on the jet ski as a passenger with a parent or guardian present and a completed parental consent form
- We follow all New York City health department and Federal CDC guidelines for keeping our customers and staff safe and we enforce these procedures for all people at all times. We ride in salt water, a natural disinfectant, and the sun’s UV does a good job

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

I traveled through this Harbour with my 12 year old autistic son. When it comes to my kids safety,..I don’t fu** around. This man, through his hand communications with cruise ships at 30 mph, kept us safe and gave us a GREAT experience!!! Saw NY through a new set of eyes today! Thanks to all the great Rockaway Jet Ski crew and it’s very gracious owner. I’m a fan, grab some great Thai food at the restaurant later, maybe even stick around for the live music afterward. Love this place. God bless and keep the great vibes coming.......
