Sightseeing pass experience

We enjoyed everything thing that the sightseeing pass had to offer worked perfectly and we could book a timed slot for empire state building. We used it on Empire state building, top of the rock, big bus ,intrepid statue of liberty and Ellis Island tour one world observatory. We had the two day pass which was brilliant. Will use again next time in new york

Great money saving

Great thing to have if planning to visit lots of attractions. It's easy to book any attractions you need to book. The only problem with this, is the people who you buy it off. I contacted them about 3 times, by email and on their site asking for help and advice. Nobody bothered to get back to me. I find that very rude and very unprofessional

Wonderful money saver

Was a little skeptical purchasing this pass for a trip to NYC but it was VERY worth the money. We got to see so many sights and I saved about $600 bucks! I highly recommend this. Just read the details of each place your going.

When it works it's excellent, when it doesn't...oh man!

Purchased 4 x 5 day passes. On arrival only 3 worked. The 4th scanned as expired when we tried to use for the first time. Turns out downloading the app for the Highline audio tour, which I did the week before we went, triggered the 'visit first attraction'. We then discovered that Sightseeing pass have no physical presence in NYC - they are online only. 24-48 hrs to respond to problems - which isn't ideal when you're only there for a few days. It took 2 days to sort, and only after calling them twice (only works on US phone) over the next two days. We incurred extra costs of $159 whilst they were sorting it, which they did by re-issuing all four passes. This worked for remainder of the stay but still that $159 out of pocket, which I've requested back but not holding breath. Otherwise they worked fine - but be aware you have to queue for up to an hour to get the pass validated to get timed tickets at several big attractions eg 9/11 museum and Intrepid Air sea and space museum.

2 day City pass expired in 2nd day

The city pass Should be good for 48 hours to days where activate your card for the first day and the second day the card indicate already expired how is that fair
