Reviews
The only problem with this, is the people who you buy it off. I contacted them about 3 times, by email and on their site asking for help and advice. Nobody bothered to get back to me. I find that very rude and very unprofessional
We then discovered that Sightseeing pass have no physical presence in NYC - they are online only. 24-48 hrs to respond to problems - which isn't ideal when you're only there for a few days. It took 2 days to sort, and only after calling them twice (only works on US phone) over the next two days.
We incurred extra costs of $159 whilst they were sorting it, which they did by re-issuing all four passes. This worked for remainder of the stay but still that $159 out of pocket, which I've requested back but not holding breath.
Otherwise they worked fine - but be aware you have to queue for up to an hour to get the pass validated to get timed tickets at several big attractions eg 9/11 museum and Intrepid Air sea and space museum.
